Blastic NK cell lymphoma is a very rare malignant neoplasm of childhood that was recently recognized and is characterized by systemic proliferation of tumor cells including the skin, lymph nodes and bone marrow. The clinical course is aggressive with frequent relapses and poor response to chemotherapy used to treat the lymphoid malignancy. We report a 10-year-old girl who was diagnosed with blastic NK cell lymphoma involving the conjunctivae, skin and bone marrow. This is the first reported case of conjunctival involvement of blastic NK cell lymphoma. The patient received induction chemotherapy composed of vincristine, prednisone, doxorubicin and L-asparaginase, which successfully induced a complete remission and she has remained well in clinical remission for 18 months on maintenance therapy.
